Các bác xem, em đã đòi key của Norton như thế nào, và họ đã ứng xử với tôi ra sao?

Số là mình cài lại Win 7, sau đó Key N360 không active lại được, tôi đã đòi họ như sau:

I see that after installing Window 7 Operating System you are unable
to use the old product key in the computer.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you while trying
to activate Norton 360 in the computer.

This issue might occur when we try to activate Norton 360 Premier
Edition with the Norton 360 Standard Edition product key.

There is 230 days remaining in the above Norton product.



In order to fix this issue we will try to run the Norton Removal Tool
which will completely remove the Norton product from the computer
after that we can reinstall Norton 360 4.0 upgrade and activate using
the same above product key to get the remaining subscription days.

Please follow the below mentioned steps to uninstall and reinstall the
Norton 360 4.0 upgrade in the computer.

Step 1. Download the Norton 360

Please use the below link to download Norton 360 4.0:

You will receive pop up, stating "To help protect your security,
Internet Security blocked this site from downloading files to your
computer. Click here for options", please right click on that pop up
and click on "Download File". Then select the "Save" on the file
download window. Select desktop as the location to save the file.

Step 2. Run the Norton Removal Tool (To remove old Norton product in
the computer)

The Norton Removal Tool uninstalls all Norton
2008/2007/2006/2005/2004/2003 products and Norton 360 from your
computer. If you use ACT! or WinFAX, back up those databases before
you proceed.

>>Please click on the following link and run the Removal Tool

Just below the address bar you will receive a popup, right click on
the pop up download and run the Norton Removal Tool.

If you are using Norton Ghost follow the below mentioned instructions
to remove the product from Add/Remove Programs

Click on the Start button->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs and
remove existing Norton and restart the computer.

Step 3. Steps to reinstall the Product

>> Double click on the N360-ESD-17-6-0-32-EN.exe icon on your desktop. This will commence the installation.

>> Once the installation is complete, you will be required to activate the product.

Step 4. Steps to Activate the Product

>>Please activate the product with the product key given below:

>>Product Key: TB4RVX2CHMWTB3KGCTBBXXXX

Note : Check for the subscription days left on your Norton product. If
your Norton product does not reflect with your exact subscription
days, please follow the steps given in the below link to activate the
Norton product.

1. Start Norton 360

2. At the right top corner of the Norton program window, click My Account.

3. Click on Activate Norton 360 / Renew Now

4. Select the option. In which you can type your product key.

5. Type the 25-alpha numeric product key: TB4RVX2CHMWTB3KGCTBBXXXX

6. Click on Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Vậy là mình kích hoạt lại với key họ gửi, sau khoảng 12h. Đây là tình huống thực tế, trong đợt rồi một số bạn cũng mất key như mình.

Qua bài này tôi muốn nói là Antivirus nước ngoài hỗ trợ khách hàng rất tốt, chứ không như một số người nói là Antivirus nước ngoài không hỗ trợ khách hàng Việt nam như chúng ta vẫn nghĩ!

Đâu phải mỗi Antivirus của người Việt mới hỗ chợ người Việt đâu!
